In the Year Cosmic Era Seventy Five, the Atlantic Federation joins the PLANTs in an attempt to help Coordinators return to the Earth. The birth of the Reintegration Project took place later that same year, the Atlantic Federation even removed Mendel colony from Lagrange Four to allow the construction of three new colonies called the Haven Cluster. To most of the Space and the Earth Sphere, this was a big step toward repairing the damages of the past. However, those still loyal to the cause of Blue Cosmos wanted to stop this project and began forming in various regions of Earth to attack random cities, each one having allowed coordinators back into their homes. These attacks continued until the Atlantic Federation and the PLANTs founded the Joint Defense Force, an anti-terrorist group that has taken up the task of eliminating the new threat before it too late. This group has come forth and announced themselves as Phantasma and will stop at nothing to ensure the Coordinator race is extinct.
